I talked to Luxury Glass NY over the phone to get a quick quote. (Called 3 and had one previous measure) He gave me a price for a 47×83 opening, 3/8″ clear glass, frameless, 28″ door with oil rubbed bronze hardware over the phone. He also supplied some quick advice if I was shopping around. I liked his honest attitude.
Denis came to verify my measurements and to make sure everything was square. No salesman “well you should buy this and that glass protection” like another guy did. He just verified the size, we shook hands and closed the deal. No money up front, just a hand shake!!
This morning they did the installation. The door is EXACTLY as I ordered. VERY smooth and professional. I remodel homes and will use this family run business again!

I have been completely impressed with a recent experience with this company. In April, 2014 they supplied and installed new shower doors for my bathroom. Seventeen months later one of the doors suddenly shattered without apparent cause. Although the warranty lasted only 12 months, the company never hesitated to provide a replacement without charge, and did so in a very friendly and helpful basis. When they arrived with the replacement, the installation man noticed a problem with the tile base on which the doors sat. This required a second visit from Luxury Glass NY to remove the remaining door and hardware to allow for the repairs to be made. This second trip was also done without charge even though I had offered to pay. This was a thoroughly excellent experience.
